Recently, at SMOGO's headquarters in Bangkok, Thailand, CYG ET Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "CYG ET"), a subsidiary of Changyuan Technology Group Ltd.(refer as CYG) , successfully signed a strategic cooperation agreement with SMOGO HOLDING CO., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as "SMOGO"). The two companies reached a consensus on supplying EV charging stations for Thailand’s electric vehicle market and jointly operating charging stations. By leveraging their combined strengths in technology, resources, and talent, they aim to develop the Thai charging market, focusing on charging solutions for electric two-wheelers, passenger cars, and commercial vehicles. This partnership will accelerate the growth of the charging infrastructure sector in Thailand.
